We provide reliable door-to-door parcel delivery by NinjaVan across Singapore with real-time tracking. Deliveries are available from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Delivery Fee
- Flat Rate Delivery: SGD $10 per order
- Delivery is available islandwide across Singapore
Delivery Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after dispatch
- You will receive a tracking notification once your order has been shipped
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details so you can monitor your delivery status.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Ninja Van may contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if a parcel needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist you as quickly as possible.
