At Cruzee Singapore, we want you and your child to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.
Items showing signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Clearance, sale or discounted items
- Delivery
- Products damaged due to improper use or normal wear and tear
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@cruzee.sg with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your Cruzee balance bike arrives damaged, defective, or with missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue and will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or have manufacturing faults.
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection by the customer
- Preference for a different color, model, or size after purchase
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and arrange a replacement or exchange where appropriate.
