Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is typically completed within 1–5 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, or courier delays.

Order Tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor your delivery status through Ninja Van.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address and contact information are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Ninja Van may contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the affected items where applicable, and we will assist you promptly.
